Over the last year many of us have found that eating habits have changed and not necessarily for the better! It’s been far too easy in lockdown to sit in front of the television and mindlessly eat or to reach for the comfort foods, when we have been feeling emotional or bored.


Spring is just around the corner now and it will soon be time to think about a wardrobe changeover. If you’re thinking about this too and would like to get lose some weight and get in shape now - I can help you!


My 4-week online group weight loss programme has been extremely successful in helping people lose weight by changing their mindset around food and exercise.

It’s a fun programme, where you can meet like-minded people, gain some great tips and advice and experience relaxation with some gentle hypnotherapy too. You will also receive a MP3 support recording to use long beyond the programme.

4 x 1 hour online sessions

  • Some gentle, relaxing hypnosis

  • Helpful advice around losing weight and top tips!

Don’t worry if you can’t attend all the sessions, they will be recorded so that you can catch up in your own time.
