Increase your confidence and self-esteemImage by Blake Weyland

Confidence and Self Esteem

Whilst there is usually a link between self-esteem and self-confidence, as people who struggle with one are likely to be affected by the other in some way, the main difference is that self-esteem refers to the way in which we think about ourselves, such as the way we act, look or think and self-confidence is more about how we view our ability to do things, such as taking a driving test or giving a speech.

Our levels of confidence can massively impact on those important things in life such as a career or relationships.

Not having the confidence to speak up with ideas, try new things or deal with mistakes if they occur, can stunt professional development, and hold you back from career progression.

Low self-confidence or a lack of self-esteem can make socialising and meeting new people an uncomfortable experience and even prevent you from going out causing, isolation and, impacting on relationships with family and friends.

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to be able to stand up and deliver a great presentation at work, the best speech or achieve you very best exam results, with calm confidence and self-belief, or simply to feel good about yourself and your abilities?

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to increase both self-esteem and self- confidence.
