Fears and Phobias
We are only born with two fears – loud noises and falling. The rest are picked up as learned behaviours from someone else or from a traumatic experience later in life.
A fear or phobia can hold us back from simply living day to day life comfortably, having new experiences or from taking part or enjoying the things that we would like to do.
A combination of hypnotherapy and NLP techniques can be very effective in overcoming even the strongest of fears and phobias and in a reasonably short space of time too! Through an induced state of relaxation and the use of visualisation techniques, the causes of the original fear can be found and negative emotions attached to this fear removed.
